Melissa Sue Anderson grew up in New Jersey where she trained at Standing Ovation School Of Dance, The American Academy of Ballet, and worked as an official assistant for Tremaine Dance Conventions. 

Upon finishing high school Melissa Sue moved to Los Angeles where she completed the EDGE scholarship program and signed to BLOC Talent Agency. After scholarship Melissa Sue performed her first professional job in Japan at Tokyo Disney. Since her first work Melissa Sue has booked commercial work with Nike, Reebok, and Pantene. A notable job was as a dancer in the film The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button. 

After years performing as a dancer Melissa Sue found her passion as a choreographer and adjudicator. She was named tour manager of Dance Rogue Intensives where she taught master classes across the US and managed tour details. She also has served as an adjudicator for StarQuest and Celebrity Dance competitions. 

Melissa Sue's absolute passion is in dance education. She has taught at many studios across the United States including the Triangle's very own Studio Five Dance Company and is now forging her path as Owner and Director of Peak Performing Arts!
